FitnessDescription
The fitness class is a full body workout, designed to boost your strength, stamina, and flexibility! The class includes a dynamic warm-up, followed by a mix of cardio, functional strength training, and core exercises. We’ll also incorporates stretches for relaxation and flexibility. Get ready to tone your muscles, and feel energised!
Timing
Ages 16+ (Adults) : Thursdays, 7pm-8pm
Ages 10-15 : Saturdays, 10am-11am
